Hey, hey, hey!
So today I am so excited to be sharing one of my favorite brands with you, Éminence Organic Skin Care! Éminence Organic Skin Care came to me in the form of a wonderful spa esthetician named Megan from a lovely little spa in Houston called Bare Necessties Spa. I went to this organic spa in a desperate attempt to clear my…ugh, adult acne. I had never before had skin issues in my life. I tried both mainstream medical treatments as well as countless home remedies to find a solution. Unfortunately, this type of cystic adult acne runs in my family and is relentless to the faces of whoever it touches. I was adamant to conquer it. Thankfully, I walked into Bare Necessities just in time!
Megan soothed my angry, red, broken out skin with the most luscious and calming cleansers and lotion. I soon started to feel normal again. Up until this point, anything that I put on my face that wasn’t coconut oil only irritated and burned my skin. I cannot begin to tell you what a relief it was that just after a few visits with Megan and with the use of Éminence that my skin finally started to clear!!!
The clouds parted and I saw the sun again! Hallelujah!
As my skin began to clear there were a few other home cleansers that I used in combination with Éminence products to take my skin clarity to the next level. You can read more about that <here>.
But without further adieu, here are a few things about Éminence:
- The products are free of parabens, animal by-products, propylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfates, harmful colorants and fragrances, mineral oils, petroleum, and other harsh cosmetic chemicals.
- The products are concentrated. Therefore, a little goes a long way! I just mix the product with a little water before I apply!
- They do not use any severe heating or hydrogenating processes that may compromise the nutritious or potent nature of the ingredients.

These are the first products I used at home to clear up my skin:
- Clear Skin Probiotic Cleanser: This cream-gel cleanser calms, clarifies, and treats your skin with cucumber and tea tree oil. You can cleanse your whole face with just a pea-sized amount. The cleanser leaves no residue, only a wonderfully fresh face! This cleanser was named the Winner of Top 10 Best Facewashes by Spirituality & Health in 2016.
- Bright Skin Moisturizer: This moisturizer is great because it is an SPF 30 sunscreen as well as a brightening moisturizer. I believe that this moisturizer was paramount in reducing the appearance of dark spots and acne scars on my skin.
- Clear Skin Probiotic Moisturizer: This is a great, light moisturizer that aided my desperate, problem skin. The combination of cucumber, tea tree oil, and probiotics helps prevent breakouts as well as sooth inflammation.
- Clear Skin Willow Bark Booster-Serum: This serum was great for my problem skin. This light gel serum calms the redness of blemished areas and helps to purify and detox the skin.
- Bright Skin Licorice Root Booster: This awesome gel-like booster helps to lighten complexion and calm irritated skin.
- Eight Greens Phyto Masque-Hot: This hot mask is plants and seeds naturally high in phytoestrogens and antioxidants to increase circulation, improve hydration, prevent breakouts, and leave the skin firmed and brightened.
- Lime Stimulating Masque: This hot mask helps to open the pores to better cleanse as well as increase circulation.
- Hungarian Herbal Mud Treatment: This is my favorite mask and it is hot! The heat helps to open up the pores to better detoxify, eliminate toxins, increase circulation, fight future breakouts, tone, and heal the skin. After a few minutes, you get used to the heat and the after effects are wonderful!
Additionally, once my face got clearer, I found these beauties:
- Tropical Vanilla Day Cream: This is the best smelling cream ever!! This wonderful cream is also an SPF 32 suncreen that contains shea butter and vanilla to caress your beautiful face and keep it safe in the sun. I never leave the house without this!
- Rosehip Triple C+E Firming Oil: This is my favorite face oil! It feels so luxurious, I knew I loved it the second it touched my face. My face has been very dry lately and this oil was my savior! If I was made out of money, I would rub this oil along with the tropical vanilla day cream all over my body every, single day.
So where do you find these Ahhh-Mazing products? It is true that Éminence skin care is only sold in spas and salons. However, they have an awesome spa locator, just click here to find the nearest one to you! There are also other unauthorized vendors online that sell it as well.
As you can see, I love this brand! I have not had a bad experience with any of them. Also, if you too are having skin trouble, you do not need all of these products to do clear your skin. If I had to choose just a few to clear skin, it would be the Clear Skin Probiotic Cleanser, Bright Skin Moisturizer, Bright Skin Licorice Root Booster, and the Hungarian Herbal Mud Treatment. The products may be on the pricier side but they are worth it!!!! Hands down, Éminence Organic Skin Care is my favorite clean beauty brand. Not only are their products effective, but they are long-lasting and smell amazing too!

Disclaimer: There has been some controversy circling this brand due to their lack of disclosure as well as the suspect nature of some of their labeling. Now does this mean this brand isn’t what it says it is? There is no concrete proof at the moment so I recommend everyone do their own research and form their own opinions. I know the products I have used have helped my face immensely. However, transparency is essential to any green beauty brand today, therefore, it is sad that we as conscious consumers cannot fully put our trust in this brand at the present moment.
